    Hi,

I created an account with Mailpoet and configure all of options for sending mail. And it’s working fine. But. my website is multilingual with WPML plugin. But, it is working only for default language (https://www.___.nl/) which I connected with your system. But, need to send mail from other language (https://www.___.nl/nl) also. So, is it possible to send mail from both URL (language)?

    Hello there @kaizur-ahmed ,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties sending mail from a different language on your multilingual website using WPML plugin.

While MailPoet does not directly support WPML or other multilingual plugins, you can still use MailPoet with these plugins to send standard newsletters. Here are a few steps you can follow:

Create a list for each of your languages in your MailPoet account.
Create a form for each of your languages in MailPoet. Make sure each form is tied to its respective language.
Add each form to your website so that they show in their respective languages.
In your MailPoet settings, go to Sign-up Confirmation and update the content of the confirmation email to be in all the languages you support.
Finally, you can send newsletters or emails in a specific language by selecting the corresponding list.
For more detailed instructions, you can refer to this article: Support for Multilingual Plugins.

We hope this helps you send mail from different languages on your website. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.
