Mail routing to blocked IP

    Hello–

    Your plugin was recommended to me by Gravity Forms however when using the SMTP settings the emails do not get routed.

    ErrorInfo reads: SMTP connect() failed.

    Debug reads: 2018-01-19 17:12:37 Connection: Failed to connect to server. Error number 2. “Error notice: stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to mail.thetrophyhouseinc.com:25 (Connection refused)
    2018-01-19 17:12:37 SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)

    I contacted my host, HostGator, and they traced the emails and found that they were being blocked due to the IP that the plugin was being used. They stated that the following IP 85.93.6.195 (from Germany) is being used by the plugin (the email is sent out and is routed via the aforementioned IP and then the IP forwards it to their server which in return they block.

    Can you assist with this? They stated that they cannot remove the block on that IP.
