    Hi, I can’t get supportcandy to send mail to assigned agent. The only people who get emails are the admin and the customer. I’ve tried everything in ticket notifications (I think) ??

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notifications > Change Assignee > Edit > Check if you set any condition > Check the recipient(add Assignee) > Save the changes.
