Mail Poet update causes changed formatting

    My latest newsletter via MailPoet was awful. Instead of the usual elegant and narrow newsletter display, the format this time was spread wide as far as the email client screen could go and beyond, disappearing into the ether to the right of the screen. Never had this problem before. I can send a copy of it for your assessment if you give me an email address which will accept it (yesterday rejected).

    That’s odd. Can you try creating a new newsletter (not duplicating an old one) and see if it still happens?

    I have the same problem. I’ve tried copying an old newsletter and creating a new one and I get the same results.

    Have you tried reinstalling the plugin?

    If I reinstall, will I lose all my existing newsletters?
    Does reinstalling mean deleting the plugin altogether, then downloading and installing all over again?

    You won’t lose anything, if you just deactivate and delete the plugin through the Plugins menu.

    It seems to have worked. After installation I did a new newsletter and was able to generate a preview of it, so I’m happy. Thanks so much for your help.
