I have entered three lists in Mailpoet (info, long gun and test). Mail dispatch only works with long guns, with the other two it does not. What have I forgotten so that mails are also automatically sent to the corresponding subscribers of the lists for the other lists when I create a post and categorize it using a corresponding category?

    Hi there @frehe ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

I have entered three lists in Mailpoet (info, long gun and test). Mail dispatch only works with long guns, with the other two it does not.

Without knowing anything else I guess that you will want to review this:

    – Make sure that the status of the subscribers in the lists that are not receiving emails is ‘Subscribed’. Emails won’t be sent to ‘Unconfirmed’ or ‘Unsubscribed’ users
    – If you are sending Automatic Post Notifications, make sure to select all the lists in the last step of the setup as shown in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/IWU8ex

I hope this helps but please keep us posted if you need further help.

    Cheers

    Hi Dani,

thanks for reply. I don′t know what I changed or what the regular problem was, but since I deleted the categoris and newly created them, the mail dispatch is now working.

    Thanks for help.
