Mail Poet Subscribe form footer code help

    Just installed the Mail Poet plugin. The subscribe form you make to use in the footer looks terrible. There are no templates or easy ways to improve the text/box size/colours etc.

    Can someone help with the code? It looks like that’s the only place to change things but Im clueless..
