Mail Poet Integration – no Thank You page!

  • In a recent post by the Mail Poet team, they recommend three popup plugins, of which PopupAlly is one. The popups look great.

    I’ve carefully followed all of the instructions, but can’t get the Thank You page to work.

    Generally I try a free version with a view to buying Pro if I’m satisfied. I certainly don’t upgrade to Pro if I can’t get the free features to work, and while I understand that the developer can’t give the same level to free users as paying, I think it would be good to address this issue.

    I saw that someone raised a similar ticket 11 months ago and did not receive a response.

    Robin, please help!

  • I have the same issue, I’ve pasted my form code in but when you fill in the form on the website the page your on just refreshes instead of reditecting to the thank you page I’ve set up.

    Is there a way to get this working please??
