Mail poet – Dashboard error

    Hi, I’m searching for a newsletter plugin, and tried MailPoet for few days.
    MailPoet seems to be simple and powerful, and I like it. Thanks !

    Problem :
    1) When MailPoet plugin is active, I just can see few windows on dashboard welcome page, and all buttons are inactive.
    2) If plugin is disabled, dashboard page becomes functional.
    3) Then, when I unable plugin, it works fine again.
    4) But next day… It doesn’t work no more ! Back to step 1 !

    Is anybody knows this problem ? Is there a solution ?

    Which windows and buttons are you referring to? Please clarify.

    Which part of the dashboard? MailPoet prevents other plugins from loading scripts and styles when you access its admin pages, so you can see some styling issues during these moments. That’s normal. That’s done to ensure MailPoet works without conflict since our user interface is heavily dependant on Javascript and we don’t want other plugins conflicting.

    Does that make sense?

    Hi,
    It was on dashboard welcome page, I was able to see only one window, not the other (ex : last news from wordpress, draft…).
    But recently, needed libraries have been added on server, and it seems to have resolved the issue.
    Sorry for that.
