    It seems that after the last update email piping is not working, or ticket creation in general.

    Tried logging in to your own portal and manually creating a ticket, but it does not show up in my list. Only the older tickets are there. I cant install the older versions because I have the paid also

    Please fix this as right now no customers can get help – including your own

    Follow up.
    After about 5 minutes I received an email with the ticket and then it was there in your system.
    But in mine I dont get any tickets created when sending to my support mail, which forwards to your named .email

    We’ve identified the problem and fixed it. To resolve the issue, please update the paid edition of the plugin to the latest version, 1.8.9. This update addresses the issue with email piping and ticket creation, so everything should work smoothly again.
