Mail Piping and Ticket Creation on your won site does not work

It seems that after the last update email piping is not working, or ticket creation in general.
Tried logging in to your own portal and manually creating a ticket, but it does not show up in my list. Only the older tickets are there. I cant install the older versions because I have the paid also
