• Hi,

Mails have not been sent out since the 27th March. It looks like 1.9.1 broke something (1.9.2 doesn’t work either), rolling back to 1.9 fixes the error for now.

I updated the API key and checked everything over, the only thing that resolved the issue was rolling back the plugin.

Here’s the error on the newer versions when using the test button in the settings area:

Mailgun HTTP API Test Failure; status “400 – Bad Request”

    Please advise.

    Hello @newtlabs

Do you have maye some details ? Because I can’t reproduce the issue. Maybe you have some specific settings or something like that. Will be glad to get more details.

Do you have admin email for sending test emails ? Because without it it will say error 400 - Bad Request

It sounds like a different issue as the issue in this thread happened in 1.9.1, we have had it rolled back to 1.9 since.

Missed that… Thanks for letting me know. I’ll create another thread.

Hi, I think this is to do with the “From Address” field. The address that is working on 1.9 was set to “noreply.test.com” which matches what is in the Mailgun account settings. It seems that in the newer versions this can no longer be the case. Switching it to “[email protected]” seems to resolve the bad request issue.
