    Hello Team,
Mails are sent to admins when a form is submitted but we didn’t receive any mail as a frontend user. Will you please help us to resolve this?

    Hey @cbradesigner,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server. They might be delivered to the admin email but blocked on your personal email server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps ??

    Thanks for your response
We’ve configured the mail settings with your documentation and we’ve tried WP SMTP as well. Unfortunately, nothing helped us. Please help us resolve this as soon as possible.

    Hey @cbradesigner,

Would you mind heading over to the Form builder > Settings > Notifications on one of the affected forms and sharing a screenshot of your settings?

To ensure that this is not a configuration problem, would you mind sharing a screenshot of your WP Dashboard > WP Mail SMTP > Settings > General page as well?

Please be sure to blur any personal details such as your email address.

    Thanks!

    Hi @cbradesigner,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
