mail not sending

    Mail poet is not sending my latest word press post. The status shows “type as sending”

    My notifications on subscriber and welcome emails are working find they are been received it is The WordPress latest post not sending as scheduled.

    The history shows not sent

    Any ideas why this is

    Hi @jc1520,

    If you see “type as sending” in the MailPoet > Help > System Status page, this means the type of task is an email that needs to be sent. It’s not related to the status of the scheduled email.

    As I understand, you’re facing issues with the Post Notification email type only, is that right? In this case, can you please go through this doc https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/362-troubleshooting-post-notifications-emails and let me know if there’s anything that resonates with your case?
