    Error show in debug log
    PHP Deprecated: WPCF7_TagGenerator::add(): Use of tag generator instances older than version 2 is deprecated. Version 1 instance (math-captcha) detected.

    contact form 7 version is 6.0.3 and DS CF7 Math Captcha version is 2.0.1

    how can solve it?
