Mail not Receiving

  • Tried to send mail with this plugin with different configurations but nothing receiving mail. There is no errors OR debug logs are coming. So not able to find any traces for the issue.

  • Hi @poovarasudev,

    Could you please share the mailer you’re using, the SMTP settings? Please make sure the emails are sent from an authenticated sender and the proper DNS records should be added to your domain if required.
