I installed the plugin it work like a wow..but now it’s creating problem..it not sending a mail after order purchase from last many days..automation are correct..what happen to this plugin no update are available..please help me..

Hi Sunofar
In that case, please send us a screenshot of your automation configuration. It should include all information: what event you use, if you have any filters set up and most important, the whole action settings.
This would help us investigate.
However there is one more thing that you should check before that. Does your CRON work? CRON is required for ShopMagic to work, because all emails are queued before sending. Please refer to this article: Scheduling actions.
Please go to menu: Tools → Scheduled actions (https://wpdesk.me/ms/20r1kvn.png) and try to look for ShopMagic actions like this: https://wpdesk.me/ms/20nbo6q.png
If you see Pending ShopMagic actions with past dates, it could mean that your CRON is not working and you should fix this first.

Ok, now I see the problem is the sending mail delay. Instead of one hour, you would like it to be sent with a 2-3 minute delay, correct?
There is a possible to set email delays.
You can select to delay your action by specified number of:
- minutes
- hours
- days
- weeks
Have you set a similar delay?

Thank you so much for your reply..please inform me as soon as possible..I need this..Its a very important..One more thing i want to know..there is update available for plugin..if i update the plugin and new issue occured then could that update be reversed if there’s any issue post update? please let me know.

For sure, I will update you.
In a case of problem after update you can always rollback your plugin version. Go to advanced view plugin you are interested in and at the bottom you will find link to plugin version.
