Mail not delivered to Outlook.com email id

I tried everything man. Spent a couple weeks in my spare time cause I wa so damn frustrated. . and microsoft is no help. The only thing I can think that might work is to setup a repeater on anotehr sever but that’s ridiculous to get a contact form to work. . hoping they come up with something.

I also have this issue. No emails from contact form 7 get delivered to any outlook.com mail address. SPF, DKIM, everything is set right…
