    Hi

Suddenly no mail is being sent although i get the green confirmation box that i have successfully sent the message. This happened after the update and is affecting my multiple sites.

I know this plugin is awesome and it’s free but for the first time in years i’m tempted to look for alternatives. I start to lose faith in a plugin after such incidents, can someone help please?

I have followed all the basic setup documentation and as i said everything was working well before the wordpress update.

  • I am having the same issue., it has always worked and suddenly it is not.

If you have WordPress configured to use its default mail sending routine, it can sometimes cause messages to get sent out, but then quietly dropped as spam. This was my underlying root cause (it may or may not be yours). Installing Postman SMTP and using an authenticated SMTP server solved my problem.

I use GoDaddy and the solution to all my Contact Form 7 sending email issues have been resolved using SMTP Mailer v1.0.2. I hope it works for you as it did for me.

Thanks guys for your responses although my issue seems to be hotmail not liking the server ip adress or something accoarding to my webhost. I will try your suggestions too just incase something works,i’m so desperate to get this working again.
