Mail not being delivered to Gmail addresses

    HI,
    I have successfully set up Post SMTP Plugin and can test and send to email addresses all except Gmail addresses – the tests go through, the log says success, but they don’t get delivered.

    I have tested 5 separate accounts and checked spam/junk folders but no emails are present.

    The site I am sending from as the same domain as the sending domain and has its IP address included on the SPF record and all other domains successfully deliver.

    Anything I can do?

    I hope you are doing well.

    It seems like a mailing socket issue; let me know which mailing service you are using with Post SMTP.

    Did you checked the Junk folder ?

    Hi,

    Yes checked spam folders – definitely not in there.

    SMTP service is via manual SMTP Settings using:
    relay-hosting.secureserver.net which has an outlook MX:

    mydomain-com-au.mail.protection.outlook.com

    Ended up using SendinBlue and now can send to GMail without issue

    Dont know about socket, but port wise it was 25 first then 587 for sendinblue

    @neilgee Thanks for letting me know.

    I’m having the same issue. Emails come through to my work account (hosted by Gmail) they go to other accounts, but not to addresses that are @gmail.com.

    Logs say it was sent, but they are not in spam or anywhere else, just seem not to appear.

    I’m also using my own mail server (well the one from the hosting company that the website is hosted on). I’ll see if sendinblue helps.

    I’ve had the same expereince, when I use sendinblue the email is delivered to my Gmail inbox.
