Mail never gets to my inbox

When a Form is submitted, my email server forwards the email fine, but it never reaches my inbox.. I have no idea even where to start looking. I figured I would ask the community in hopes you fine gentlemen and ladies may be able ot help me out ?? Any advice is better than no advice. I will post logs and more if needed, but I am a noobie at wordpress so as long as I can google how to check the specific log you need I will be able to get it ??

It also will not reach a gmail server inbox. I have no idea what to do ??
