Mail message HTML text line formatting not working

  • Hi Aurovrata Venet 

    For a few months we’ve noticed that the mail messages are not showing line breaks so all the text is bunched up. If I turn off the Smart Grid Layout plugin the text in the emails comes through fine but obviously the front end form isn’t formatted. Any ideas please?

    Hello Nick,

    That’s rather odd indeed. By default the Smart Grid doesn’t filter the notification mail. It only impacts the mails if you use table/tab repetitive fields or some of the mail tags filters the plugin makes available for customisation.

    Is it possible that you actually use one of these filters?

    Could you create a new simple form with the plugin (default form) and see if the notification mails get altered for that too?
