Mail issue – want to hide shipping text

The function I linked to is what adds the ‘via’ text. You either have to filter and remove it using the woocommerce_order_shipping_to_display filter and a custom function, or you could name the shipping methods something else so its less confusing.

e.g.

Shipping: $10 via standard shipping

I have edit the file and both remove and rename “via” without success.

$shipping .= sprintf( __( ‘ <small>%svia %s</small>’, ‘woocommerce’ ), $tax_text, $this->get_shipping_method() );

Thats definitely what controls the string in the email so I’m not sure what you did. Using the filter would be preferred to keep any change upgrade safe.

Ok. I don′t know how to use the filter so i guess i have to live with the “via frakt” line ??

Why don’t you rename ‘frakt’ so to something else as suggested?

I prefer to remove both “via” and “frakt” but don′t know ho to do.

Don’t unless you know what you’re doing. Those filters will allow easier customisation and allow the ‘via’ string to be taken out via a function.

Another thing: Is it possible to have zipcode and city in the same row and in that order (zip – city). See picture above where Testadt is first and 12345 is second.
