    Hi @kare93,

    Do you know the sender’s email address? I can only see “postmaster” there. If the email has been sent via WooCommerce email notification is very likely delivery failed for several reasons, which may include the recipient’s address being full or SMTP server issues.

    No, it was my client’s customer email, so i don’t. How can i check what was the problem?

    Hi there,

    The message basically warns that an email was not delivered to the recipient. Your client should contact their email hosting provider and check why the email delivery was not successful. As mentioned above, most of the time it’s because the customer’s email inbox is full or because of SMTP server issues.
