Mail "From" syntax error after updating plugin

  • Hi, everything was working fine, but when I updated the plugin & wordpress to most recent versions, then I got a syntax error in the Mail “from” field.

    My From field has: [your-name].
    But I now have the error: “This field has syntax errors.”
    And a main plugin error: “This contact form has a configuration error.”

    I’m not sure why that is no longer working.
