Mail delivery failed

  • Hello, after sending Newsletter I received several notifications “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” I imagine there will be on the mysql database a folder in which to read the list of undelivered emails.

    It would give me some indication so that I can update the list of recipients.

    Buongiorno, dopo aver inviato Newsletter ho ricevuto diverse notifiche “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” immagino ci sarà sul database mysql una cartella nella quale leggere l’elenco delle email non consegnate.

    Mi darebbe qualche indicazione in modo che posso aggiornare l’elenco dei destinatari.

    Hi, if you open the newsletter report (link available on newsletter list table) you can see the emails that didn’t go out. To know the emails returned back, you should set the bounce settings (in Newsletters > Settings > tab Bounces): in this way the bounced recipientes will be automatically removed from subscribers.

    Ciao, se apri il resoconto newsletter (il link è disponibile nella pagina con l’elenco delle newsletter) si possono vedere le email che non sono state spedite. Per conoscere le email che sono state respinete e tornate indietro, devi impostare le opzioni bounce (in Newsletters > Settings > tab Bounces): in questo modo i destinatari respinti saranno rimossi dagli iscritti automaticamente.

    Buonasera Dr. Massasso,

    seguendo il suo consiglio nelle impostazioni/bounces c’è uno spazio vuoto nel quale dovrei inserire la password del server Le chiedo e perdoni la domanda banale, la password che devo inserire è quella del server del mio hosting impostata in c/panel per le email?

    Credo di aver capito bene.
