• It seems that letters are not always sent to the addressee. Why can this happen? They are not in spam, I checked.

    Thanks for your question. I would recommend checking your send from details. If you have not verified your sending domain yet this can often cause recipient email servers to reject your message.

    So that I can best help. Can I ask that you open a support ticket from inside your email blaster account. This will enable me to look up your account details and advise accordingly.
