Mail chimp Forms ocassionaly disappear

Hi all,
My MailChimp forms have disappeared again. Please check the left corner of the footer, there is nothing under subscribe (it is normally there). The pop up window form has disappeared too. The last time it happened I added new forms, but then the old ones re-appeared. And it all happened several more times in the past.
What should I do? Can you tell what’s the problem?
