Mail Chimp

Good day guys, we love your work. We hooked the coming soon plugin just like you said but our email confirmation does not get sent from mail chimp. We were using the Mailchimp plugin that you used as a example when showing how to set up the shortcode. Can you please help? Thank you because we are expecting a lot of signups and don’t want to have to transfer manually.
