Mail button not opening email client

    Hey there,

    I just installed this plugin and the share intent windows work great, but the Mail button opens a new tab with the “href” value in the url, instead of firing the actual “mailto” and opening a mail client.

    So currently, the Mail button doesn’t work as it should.

    Please advise.

    I’m sorry for late response.
    I tried to reproduce this issue on our test servers – and have no luck with this.
    Most likely you are using Chrome browser. Please try to configure it using this article – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/1382847?hl=en

    I found this same issue with internet explorer and not Chrome or FireFox, I am using office 2013

    Is there a simple way to rectify that does not rely on end users who visit the webpage?

    Hey there,

    I’m having the same issue as well, it just shows html coding in the email (using Safari for my web browser). Any suggestions to fix this would be great.
