• While I have resolved this issue by manually copying the content from the same forms within a previous local version of the website, today it was discovered that some of our forms on our live site had the Mail 2 configuration missing (inactivated and all fields blank).

    I don’t know exactly when this occurred, although I’m sure it was very recently (we were advised by a website user), possibly following the upgrade to the latest Contact 7 plugin version.

    We do not know the cause and I am documenting this here in case anyone else discovers a similar issue.
