mail 2 auto responder going to junk for outlook.com users

  • Hi, I have a strange problem on one site using Contact form 7 with the auto responder for outlook.com users only it seems

    The auto-responder (mail 2) sent from Contact form 7 works fine and sends emails out BUT for some reason for users with an outlook.com email address (and it appears only for those with an outlook.com email) the auto-responder ends up in their “junk” folder.

    Tests with gmail and other email providers reveal that the auto responder goes straight to the “inbox” as they should.

    Is this something anyone has experienced before?
