magic_quotes_gpc and term name editing

hi
2 bugs i found:
1. get_magic_quotes_gpc() in qtranxf_stripSlashesIfNecessary() doesn’t work anymore in php. returns false always. maybe you should determine whether to stripslashes or not by a filter, or by some setting in the wp-admin

2. when editing a term name, the changes to the term name aren’t saved, unless you first blur (unfocus) from the term name field
