Mage::helper() loading problem

  • WordPress Version 4.1 (fresh installation)
    Magento Version 1.8.1.0

    i did all steps but there is a helper-problem – may you have a idea ..

    Fatal error: Call to a member function getConfig() on a non-object in app/design/frontend/default/ves_fashion/template/page/html/head.phtml on line 30

    $helper = Mage::helper("ves_tempcp/framework")->getFramework();
$themeConfig = $helper->getConfig();
