Magazine theme with adspace

  • Hi Everyone,

    I’m looking for a free/paid WordPress theme that I can use to sell advertising space on.

    User must be able to register and be able to login, choose and upload add and make payment. They must be able to choose featured ad or maybe a side bar ad etc.

    IT must have a Magazine type feel. Not a directory etc..

    Any input will be appreciated.
