Magazine Basic v.3 navigation issues

  • I’ve been using Magazine Basic theme for awhile and have just upgraded to v.3 and lost loads of formatting. Have re-installed most, but can’t figure out the navigation options.

    So, under the Header is the navigation bar featuring names of Pages. Two problems:
    1. It appears twice
    2. There is no ‘home’ anymore (and home is no longer listed in my list of Pages within the dashboard)

    Any suggestions on rectifying this would be much appreciated!

    OK, I’ve managed to get rid of the ‘sub-navigation’ menu (which was why I thought the menu was there twice). But still no home page?

    I also have the same problem with duplicate menus. How did you get rid of the secondary menu on your site? Also, for the home page, you have snippets which include thumbnails. How did you do this? I can only get thumbnails on my homepage if I include the full content of each post. Hope you can help. Site is https://www.tourismholland.nl Thanks, Steve
