Magazine Basic Theme Trouble with WP 3.0

I am using Magazine Basic theme and all was fine until I upgraded to WordPress 3.0. The site still works but in my admin area when I click on the theme options tab, I get this error message:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I therefore can’t modify my theme. Any ideas how to fix this?
