Magazine Basic Header- logo uplaod problem

Whenever I try to upload an image for the header it says that it is saved, but then I go to view the blog page and the blog page will not load. Then I click the option to have no logo in the header and then my blog page loads just fine-
what do I need to do to get the logo working?
