Magazine basic conflict with custom sidebars

  • Hi,
    Just wondering if the basic magazine has issues with the custom sidebars plugin by WPMUDEV
    I had them activated and working with an other theme but once updating with the magazine basic they are no longer operable.
    Any ideas would be great.
