Made a new user and i can’t see the calendar list

I am building a wordpress page for a client (hair salon) and we are using Appointment Hour Booking. I used User Role Editor plugin for creating a user (worker at the hair salon) who only has access to Appointment plugin for checking and updating the calendar. After creating the new user and logging in i can see the plugin but when i check the calendar list it is empty (we have 3 different calendars).
What may be the issue? What is blocking the calendar list?

You have to explicitly grant the access with the following settings option:
