Madayln Theme lazyload broken in Menu

The menu in my client’s site was working great and for some reason its semi broken with the drop down delay not working and the arrow images for the sub menus not displaying. Not sure what went wrong with the files because the menu works overall but parts of the javascript and jquery don’t work.

Please help!??
