    Hi there !

Well, i don’t know if my macron problem is related to the accesspress-lite theme or to WP directly, but i would ask here anyway, just in the case somebody encountered also this problem and get it solved.

As my website is about Japan, i have sometimes to write names in romaji (japanese names written with roman alphabet including macron like “ō” for example) and i noticed that all of my macrons -despite the fact that they appear correctly- have a different shape/font as the template font layout, which is quiet annoying.

Here a screenshot to illustrate the problem.

Thanks in advance to anyone having an idea which the problem might be.

Any idea for solving this issue ?…

I noticed a problem with my previous linking, so i’ll post here again a new link to an example of this macron issue.

    Hi Sheerfaith,
The character depends on the browser how it renders the style of the font.
    Thanks

    Thank you for the answer.

Well, the browser is Firefox (up to date) and the font family (noto sans) is included correctly in the template. As it is a google font which supports macrons and other diacritical characters, it’s kinda weird.
But nevermind, i solved the problem. =)
