Yes, any file format should be supported as long as you add the file extension to the allowed file extensions in the uploader field options when editing your form

Unfortunately I get an error message when I try:
    https://www.reelmediagroup.tv/submit-your-reel/

Here is the error. And it happens on any size or named m4v file:

Can you provide a screenshot of the uploader field “allowed file extension” setting when editing the form on the backend?

are you using the youtube uploader?

can you enable wordpress debug mode and see if there are any php errors?

do other files upload ok, jpgs, for example?

can you see if there is an error log file in the plugin folder on the server

    Thread Starter paulunstech

    (@paulunstech)

    – not using YouTube uploader, but the Advanced File Uploader
    – will enable WordPress debug mode – is this in your plugin or an overall setting?
    – yes, all other files are working all right
    – will check for error log

    Thanks!
