M4A audio file will upload into Media but not play

    I am working to add a small audio file to the homepage of: https://ultracareanesthesia.com; however, when I upload the M4A, mp3, or WAV version of the file, it will not playback. I am new to adding audio to sites so any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

  • It looks like the file isn’t encoded using a web safe codec. What is your encoding process? Try using MP3 or AAC encoding.
