M3U8 HLS Video Playing on Mobile but not on PC

Hello I’m trying to live stream video on my website. I embedded m3u8 link using Brid Tv plugin and tried to test the live streaming. When I opened the page on mobile phone then its running perfectly but when I am trying to open and play on Chrome or Mozilla in my PC then its not playing. I tried with Flowplayer and Video.js HLS Player but same issue. I also tried more than 10 tested m3u8 live video links from different sources and also tested on different sites but same problem.
