I’m using learndash, buddyboss and woocommerce for my site. M2C is working pretty well with images that are not related to any plugins or related to Woocommerce. But when it comes to media related to buddyboss, like profile pictures uploaded by users, or cover photos, they just don’t sync. Buddyboss, just as buddypress does, stores profile pics of the website members in wp-content/uploads/avatars, but when checking the S3 bucket that is used to store all my wordpress media, I see that this folder isn’t there, so all files in it aren’t copied (therefore, not synced). And while checking with ftp access, I see there are a whole lot of other directories in the uploads folder that are also not being copied. So… how do I manage to include them in the media syncronization?

    Pd.
-Yes, I have S3 set up as it says in your guidelines, and I have all setings of active storage on.
-Yes, I already tried deactivating all plugins except buddyboss platform and M2C to see if there’s a conflict, and the issue persist.

    Hello @mxcalderon ,

Well, right now we don’t have the support for custom folders, so it won’t work with a different path other than the Media Library.

We are currently working on this feature and hopefully will implement this soon.

I’ll let you know once this feature is added to the plugin.

Let me know if I can help you in any other way.

    Thank you.
