Lycos and wordpress problem after creating site off-line with Xampp

I created a site with 2.5.1. and did use XAMPP to check it on my laptop.
Now I have uploaded this site to lycos, but nothing showed up. The dashboard is working I see my theme, pages and posts however when I push “visit site”, I got a blanco screen. I think the URL structure can not be found ? What do I have to change ?
