• Hi

I have Buddypress which as you know has its own registration process. However, I’d love to use Login With Ajax rather than Buddypress for registration and use “profile syncing” to ensure users have a single unified account. Do you know of a way to override Buddypress registration and bring prospects directly to a WP registration form. Preferably the Login with Ajax – Modal approach with the lightbox but land them directly on a “Registration” section, not Login -> Registration as appears to be the only way currently.

    Many thanks.

maybe you can try to reach buddypress on how to override or disable their registration page?

Hello Angelo, thanks for the reply.

What I meant to ask is if there is a way to evoke the “Login With Ajax – Registration” section directly without having to go via Login and then clicking on the link at the bottom of the modal popup. I am thinking of a second modal popup that would show just the registration section. So what I would have is two links/buttons “Login” -> opens the current login modal box and “Sign Up” -> opens the registration part of the current modal box.

    Thanks.

I’m afraid that you need to code for this since this is not available out of the box.
