Lumise Design Maker Stuck at Initializing. For Visitors (403)

Hi there,
When all visitors/ guests click on CUTOMISE button -the ecard maker is just stuck on ‘Initializing…’ it simply does not load. On inspecting I realised this is a 403 Forbidden error for my Lumise editor – ecard maker.We tried with all products on ecard- it is for each ecard, but sharing this link for example:

1) Check your Litespeed webserver’s error logs. A 403 error should be registered in the error logs which should give you an idea of what’s causing this. If you don’t know how to retrieve this, kindly contact your hosting provider, Hostinger.
2) Turn on WordPress debugging and check your WordPress logs. That should give you more insight into the problem.
3) You may also disable all plugins (except the Lumise plugin) AND switch your theme to the default WordPress theme. Thentest the Lumise plugin. If it works, then one of your other plugins or your theme is causing a conflict. You can then turn them off one by one until the problem returns. The last one you turned on is conflicting with the Lumise plugin.
