<br> <br /> and <br=clear all> do not work why?

    Hello.

    I am trying to format one of my pages at my site, pmsquillace.com but for some reason, I cannot get the
    tags to work in HTML or in the visual part.

    on this page, https://pmsquillace.com/portfolio/ you can see what I mean.

    I want the HR line to be under each screenshot and not up under the paragraph but no dice.

    No matter what I do, I cannot get it to format that way. I am new to wp so any advice or help would be much appreciated.

    Sometimes TinyMCE will strip out line breaks, see here.

    but your link to see here is not clickable. Can you post the whole URl. Tried in Firefox and Safari and Opera to make sure it was not a browser thing..
