    Hello

    I am not sure if this is something I have done (probably more than likely it is) – but when I view my home page and click on the “read more” link, it seems that I am being sent back to my home page

    I recently updated by index.htm to read:

    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Consumer Bitch</title>
    </head>
    <body><meta http-equiv=”refresh” content=”0 url=https://www.consumerbitch.co.uk/consumer/”></body>
    </html>

    (I have my wp files saved in a file called “consumer” on my database)

    Also, none of the links seem to be working – do I just need to do a re-install or is it my index.htm?

    thank you!

  • It’s probably a php error. Scan through your files and I’m sure something suspicious will show up.

    whooops – i think…

    …I have just solved it – it is very bizarre,

    on my settings page, i had my wordpress address as https://www.consumerbitch.co.uk/consumer (cus this is where the files were) and then in my blog address I had https://www.consumerbitch.co.uk/

    I have just changed it so that my wordpress and my blog address are the same

    this seems to have solved the problem – using the above as my index.htm

    ….very strange – but seems ok now ??
