    Hello and Merry Christmas !

I have issues with LScache on my WP website, even if I tried to use the JS exception fields, LScache still hides some essential elements from the viewers on my website when I trigger it.
Here are some of the issues it creates.
I probably don’t do the exceptions properly or maybe it is something else, I don’t know.
I use Divi and they can’t find the problem neither on their end.
    You will find attache here

    • the website how it displays with optimization on
    • the code of the home page
    • the exceptions field for the JS
    • how the website should look like when the optimization is off

I’ve turned off most of the optimization as it was too crippling for the viewers, but I desperately need it as the website is too slow without it.

I really would like to learn to use LS cache properly, as I will make many website with this technology, installed automatically with my planethosters hostings.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

are you having some kind of other cache system in place ?

I can see the guest mode page is being cached ,this may break something , guest mode is not compatible with any other cache system.

The only thing I had enabled was jetpack, which I just deactivated to test.

looks to me you still have some other cache system in place , the guest mode page was cached where it is supposed not to

Here is the list of all the extension installed :

I think I deactivated everything with a potential cache included.
If I don’t just tell me what to disable, thanks.

    I see

            # Désactivez PHP dans les extensions - iThemes Security > Réglages > Ajustements système > PHP dans les extensions
            RewriteRule ^wp\-content/plugins/.*\.(?:php[1-7]?|pht|phtml?|phps)\.?$ - [NC,F]

this option in itheme security has interfered the guest mode

    Thread Starter jeromedirection

    (@jeromedirection)

I think I took it off but it’s tricky because the extension updated into a totally new one called solid security

    (@qtwrk)

well, just reading it from the rule comment it says “itheme security”

I found this set of options pointing to the Php, I unchecked the php blocked for the themes, see if that’s what caused the problem.
I don’t wish to let my website totally open to attack just to let LScache to work, that’s a bit insane.
Should I uncheck all the Php boxes here to LScache to work properly?

    Thread Starter jeromedirection

    (@jeromedirection)

I switched it back on as the website stopped totally to display, now it came back.
I never encountered a level of annoyances with any other website I made, and the support is the slowest and the less easy to use I’ve ever seen.
I will ask planethoster to remove LScache for the future and to look for a more customer-wordpress friendly cache system.

you need to uncheck the 2nd from bottom in your screenshot

emm , it has to be something from your system like itheme or something that blocks the operation.
